@quarterman7007 Hey, it was a close estimate. And Wikipedia said it was "kolon" but fine. If you have a problem with how medical terminology is learned by may pre-Nursing and pre-Med students here in the United States, then feel free to contact my professor who taught me or contact the American Medical Association instead of accusing me of "saying random shit".

conoloscopia is the Spanish for "colonoscopy". if you break it down further:
colon = derived from Greek "kólon" meaning large intestine
/o/ = just an attaching vowel to make transition of compound words that start with consonants to be smoother
-scopy = a suffix derived from Greek. literally means "watching".
so they were examining the colon with a viewing instrument.
in layman's terms, these docs were using a spiffy telescope that has been inserted deep into the asshole. very deep.

@Cyndane im greek and "colon" as y say it is actually "colos" whick means ass
the word colonoscopy is greek in origin
it has 2 parts:
1.colos= meaning ass
2,scopy=which means watching through a scope, in this case a camera
