儘管巨大已做成全世界最大的自行車製造廠,但在十五年前也曾碰到瓶頸,於是羅祥安提出「自行車運動全方位解決方案」的概念,因應使用者差異化的需求,衍生出長途旅行用的、­騎到山裡的,也有下坡衝刺用的不同產品。

之後更提升到「自行車運動科學」的層次,搞通路、教大家怎麼騎自行車健身,還開旅行社帶大家去國外騎車,這樣的一串價值鏈就相當長了。
