@agoodwargoestowar1 The old engine was an engine that worked on one of Toby's old railways before he came to Sodor. He was seen only once in one of Christopher Awdry's Railway series book, Toby Trucks and Trouble.

@donaldthescotishtwin the funny thing is thing Smudger actually do to being a reckless engine became reduced to the generator for Duke, Stuart, and Falcon's shed. (Struart and Falcon later became renamed as Peter Sam and Sir Handel.

I like the original engines from the fist series better I mean why keep putting all theses made up engines in to the series like HIT has don and not just have the railway series engines from the books in the series that would be better.
