Despite calls from the White House about bringing Republicans to the table to get their ideas into the debate, it looks like Democrats have already decided on a plan to pass their original legislation. Legislation Americans have soundly rejected from coast to coast.

How incredibly fortunate we are to have Michelle Bachmann speaking for the majority of Americans. Obama would do well to listen and learn from the likes of Ms. Bachmann. An advocate of all things decent, Michelle is fast becoming the voice we all long to have heard.

Successful economies are a partnership of government, private enterprise and the labour market. This was a successful recipe and this is what made America a great nation. The Republican's dismantled this successful policy starting with Ronald Reagan and look at where the USA is now. And if you think Bachmann is going to fix this all, your are all disillusioned. Anti-abortion laws, shoving religious dogma down people's throats, "talking to God" as she claims won't fix any of this.
