Scott and Matt Heli Hunt with Suppressors! - Cedar Ridge Aviation Helicopter Hog Hunting (entry 10)

Two of our great friends Scott Bittner of Silenced America and Matt Mills slayin' some swine Cedar Ridge Aviation style! We killed 197 hogs in just 4.5 hours of flight time on this one. Enjoy! What Are The Spec On The Guns There Using?

We typically use Black Rain Ordnance AR-15's.. and both of these guys have a few of these, but on this particular hunt they ran the suppressed rigs... one is Wilson Combats AR variant and I am unsure of the multicam rifle Scott is using. Both are chambered in 5.56/.223 shooting .223. Scott is running Aimpoint micro and Matt is Running EOtech.

Those are Wilson Combat rifles. You can tell by the rail, and in one part you see the WC marking on the upper receiver. Bill Wilson is known for his hog hunting passion, and he makes some of his ar rifles particularly suited for hunting hogs. I'm pretty sure they have developed an unconventional hunting round 7.62x40WT specifically for hog hunting. If you purchase your AR from them you can have it chambered in that round. They also make some of the nicest 1911 in the world. Expensive but awesome
