An upper body juggling workout involving "drop" sets.

One legged juggling is a must. Also try juggling on a wobble board without letting edge touch the floor.
Shoot for 3-8 squats per drop, and 3 or so drops per set. Add seasoning and enjoy French fried bis and glutes!

Ouch. Toes. Haven't tried dumbells. Intrigued by kettlebells and bowling balls (although not near children!!!)

adding squats is a great idea
maybe standing on one leg for balance training would be good too
how many squats do you do?
