if you have seen the movie super size me. @TimGBone I never mentioned anything to do with curing disease because I didn't want to go anywhere near that minefield of a topic, hence why I just stuck to 'crazy animal stuffs'.

But yes, I do believe genetic engineering should be used to cure disorders, although there's no assurance that the technology would only be used for good?

So it's not a good thing to potentially take measures to prevent the manifestation of normally-fatal genetic disorders in humans? Genetic engineering isn't really about building or 'engineering' animals for fun.
