In November of 2009, GeneDx, a genetics laboratory specializing in the testing of rare genetic disorders, invited a group of leading cardiologists to participate in a discussion of a broad range of topics, such as the significance of genetic testing for cardiac disorders, challenges in interpreting genetic testing results, and clinical management of the patient based on these test results. Here, Dr. Marc Grodman, the President and CEO of BioReference Laboratories, Inc. (parent organization of GeneDx), provides the opening remarks. These remarks are followed by talks given by Dr. Sherri Bale (co-founder and clinical director of GeneDx), Dr. Arthur Moss, Dr. Sylvia Priori, Dr. Barry Maron, Dr. Charles Antzelevitch, and Dr. Craig January. This is Part 3 of 5.
