SOUL ACTION is a workshop created by Caroline Carey to help us to tap into our 'soul purpose' in life.
Discovering the levels of acceptance that we have for ourselves. Creating strong intentions for personal development and growth.
Once we can step into a truly empowered state of presence we can find the essence of our soul and discover the action needed to serve the greater purpose we were born for. This can only happen at the right time of acceptance and humility, with a deep sense of knowing what is right. Preparation for that illuminated place is the first step.
In this workshop you will experience physical connection with the body, mind-full movement and deep questioning. There is opportunity for engagement with others and for speaking from the heart. This gives us the tools we need to become an empowered and active soul.
