@Ieatpaste23 jeebus, where are you getting 1512 from? LOS takes place in 1047, just search the text dump -_-

@Ieatpaste23 MS have stated this is a reboot, LOS is not on the same continuum, and there was no Dracula in 1047 on LOI's continuum. The only vampire we're shown is Walter Bernhardt in 1094 who has the Ebony stone, and hunts humans for sport. Nobody ever found the Crimson stone until 1094 where Mathias obtained it. People throw theories out there like Gabriel becoming Mathias but Mathias was a genius tactician, he was never a vampire already prior to LOI. LOS/LOI arent the same continuum.

@Ieatpaste23 Um no... FACT: This game takes place in 1047 & the Bernhardts aren't around anymore. LOI takes place in 1094 and Walter is still there. CV III takes place in 1476, around 200+ years before Simon fights Dracula (1691). In 1094 Mathias escaped to build his empire & Leon fought Death, the Castle crumbled & it's not even known if the Bernhardt manor in LOI was Castlevania which it definitely is in LOS. It's implied Mathias becomes Dracula via the Crimson stone ie the impetus for CV.

@MrZangetsu468 According to random things you find the castle in Lords of Shadow is the same Castle where Walter lived in and this takes place 200 yrs or so later after lament. So I guess you could say that Trevor Belmont fought and killed Mathias instead of killing Gabriel.
