The Allman Brothers With Zakk Wylde Dreams 1993

On August 1st, 1993, Zakk Wylde appeared on stage with the Allman Brothers on lead guitar and vocals since Dickey Betts was unable to make the show, and they needed a guitarist at the last minute. This show is documented on the bootleg Zakk Goes Wylde.

@Spaceman1968 i read in an interview with zakk that when they called him up, it was a one time thing only, he was only to fill in for this show cuz they already had another guitarist arranged to fill in for the other ones, and he said he loved it and was an honor to play with the allmans cuz he is a huge fan.... i think zakk is a really good player, i don't like his electric tone very much, but if you listen to his acoustic playing he is awesome, and you can hear alot of allman's influence to it
