Costa Del Sol - Final Fantasy VII (Quartet Version)

Hey !

This is a very special cover for me, since I've been willing to play it since I discovered FFVII (I was a kid back then, not even a musician). I started to learn how to play the bongos just for the occasion, so the rythm isn't really solid, but what the heck... =)

There is 3 new instruments in this video: the bongos, of course, but also my new bass (Musicman Bongo, coincidence ?), and my new Maparam double which I just received yesterday. This ocarina's sound is perfect for a bossa nova, I think, since it kinda emulates a flute (but then again, it might just be me sucking at switching chambers. I'm not used to double ocarina yet XD ).

Hope you can feel that warm breeze and see those marvelous beaches with Hojo tanning. =)

Ok My friend could you plese tell me if your bass is on the same mic because it totally sounds if it is direc to your computer oh and what type of camera you use the image is neat...

The bass is direct to my computer (through a POD). I think I used a cheap 30€ camera back then. You can have a nice image changing some settings with any webcam software.

I just imagined myself into a pub of sorts by the shore with my friends and girl while a band played this song. Cheerful laughter and small talk while enjoying a cool drink... all worries cast aside...
