Not so much with Friday, but 13 is considered an "unlucky" number because when the bible was undergoing one of its many alterations (this one at the Council of Nicea), Constantine insisted that any and all references to the Goddess/Mother God be removed from the bible and 13 was a number that represented Her. And ever since that time, it has been seen as an "unlucky" number.
