Silvia Wilhelm on HR 874

Silvia Wilhelm is the founder and Executive Director of Puentes Cubanos, a not-for-profit NGO which conducts educational, professional and cultural exchanges between the people of Cuba and the United States; serves as the Executive Director of the Cuban American Commission for Family Rights and is a founding member of ENCASA (Emergency Network of Cuban-American Scholars and Artists for Change in U.S.-Cuba Policy.
