I have a question.. I think that I have ruined my hair! I am so sad because I thought I was doing a good thing for the last three or four washes. I purchased the J. R. Liggetts natural shampoo bar and read the ingredients and discovered that it has sodium hydroxide!! What should I do? Should I start over? is my hair still natural?
