Please consult our own Literature records & Granthas than seeing videos or reading western theories (like Aryan invasion theory) for he history of India.
India is the only country which has maintained record of life in Bharat since Satiyuga. Reading Mahabharat will be a good start.

Where did you find about Aryan invasion? Which Hindu (Sanatan Dharma) Literarture describes that?
None.
Aryan Invasion theory was designed by Max Muller in 19th Century. There is no truth in that as far as great Bharat is concerned. And Nepal was always part of the great Bharat till about 300 years ago.
The Sanskrit word Arya simply means 'a learned one' one who knows the truth/reality. One of the most famous Arya of Nepal was King Janak (father of Sita).

shivaism(worshiping of mother nature, earth) did originated from kiratas.
but it was the aryan brahmins personfied shiva after adopting kirat' religion.
