Please consult our own Literature records & Granthas than seeing videos or reading western theories (like Aryan invasion theory) for he history of India.
India is the only country which has maintained record of life in Bharat since Satiyuga. Reading Mahabharat will be a good start.
Where did you find about Aryan invasion? Which Hindu (Sanatan Dharma) Literarture describes that?
None.
Aryan Invasion theory was designed by Max Muller in 19th Century. There is no truth in that as far as great Bharat is concerned. And Nepal was always part of the great Bharat till about 300 years ago.
The Sanskrit word Arya simply means 'a learned one' one who knows the truth/reality. One of the most famous Arya of Nepal was King Janak (father of Sita).
Sudarshan Raj Tiwari in his book The Brick and the Bull, 2002 (Pg. 23) states, The similarities among the cultural practices of bygone days leave little doubt that the Kirats(indo-mongoloid)did indeed came from the Indus-Saraswati Valley.
-----> The Manusmriti identifies the Kiratas as one of the eleven tribes who inhabited the Indus-Saraswoti region.
-----> watch the video "Connexion of Mongolia-Kirat:Revealing the Mystery of Origin of Phallus Stone Worship" and you decide!!!!
There the eye goes not, nor words, nor mind. We know not. We cannot understand how He can be explained. He is above the known, and He(Lord shiva) is above the unknown. Thus have we heard from the ancient sages who explained this truth to us.

He who is without beginning and without end,in the midst of confusion,
the Creator of all, of manifold form,
the One embracer of the universe...by knowing Him,
one is released from all fetters.
