  • Psychedelic country at its best from a stripped down Heads Hands & Feet. Albert is the real god of guitar.

Interesting to see a serious Chas Hodges (of Chas & Dave) on bass and I always loved Pete Gavin's drumming.

  • The 70's, nothing like nothing ever will be. Muso's had almost complete freedom to create and as a result most of them became superb musos. Have a listen to bands like Pink Floyd or Camel with their Progressive rock, or Emerson Lake and Palmer. Todays music?? Well if I can't think of anytjing nice to say....

  • This LP, belongs in Hall of Fame...(B efore alot of others, fer-sure!) Country Boy, & Pete Might Spook the Horses...Just absolute BRILLIANCE ! ! !

  • Check our his version with Ricky Skaggs, from American Music Shop.

  • @p0llenp0ny

This is from the late german beat.club. In the early 1970s the german broadcast could afford to give airplay to much live-musicians! Very experimental...

  • Love it!!

  • @p0llenp0ny Sorry!! Meant Alvin.

  • What show is this from?

  • @vicpur Who's Albert Lee?? You're missing out.

  • Somehow not as good as Chas Hodges later band, who could forget'Rabbit, rabbit, rabbit' or 'gercha'???

  • Saw these at Sheffield city hall in the early 70s. The set was brilliant, but it was the encore that got the whole place on its feet. They lined their shoes up on the stage, knelt on them and sang "hi ho hi ho its off to work we go". Never laughed so much in my life. Unforgetable

  • Didn't realise Albert Lee sang as well as played guitar - and what guitar skills! Brilliant stuff. Thanks.
