World in Conflict: Soviet Assault "Anna" Trailer

Well, I finally managed to make something new. This time it's trailer for a long-awaited game with a very troubled history-of-development. But they promised it'll be released. So I combined some of old WiC videos together and used song from our (russian) blockbuster "Admiral"... And, well, it worked out pretty well, as I see.

Well, I can't say soviet soldiers are shown in this game as blood-thirsty monsters, so that is already better than ususal. And in game manual it's revealed that all this war is actually an act of desperation. So I hold no grudge against Massive, especially when they made such a great game. But yes, I still play for the USSR in multiplayer. And I like that in SA there is a Soviet Campaign. But as for reality... I hope western world understands that we're not the bad guys. At least, not anymore.

This isn't the trailer for Soviet Assault, its the trailer for the original World in Conflict.

I didn't say this was trailer for PC-add-on called "Soviet Assault" - actually, as console version "WICSA" combines both original WiC and SA. So, you can consider this as trailer for console versions.

I'm from America EVilglaz. I'm actually learning Russian and I often play as the Soviet side as well. I love my country, but I have never held any grudge against Russia. I don't have much against the Russian government, every government has problems, US included lol. Even if I did, never judge an entire people by their government. They don't often get along.

Yes i totally agree! im an american but i also would like to see the world! i wanna spend several years in Germany, Russia, and Japan. then come back to my small town and teach. It would be a great way of providing new views to our children. There are other people, places, and culture and we should learn to respect them the same as we respect our own!

Yes, the state of Texas will be open minded, but in 2010 don't expect us to join Russian Federation for some reason. We want our own country again :p

Many other Americans, as well as many people in the world. Seem to forget that we're all human beings. That every single day, each and every one of us wakes up and sees through our own different eyes. That each one of us has our own family, friends, and love. If the world could only realize this, maybe it'd be a better place. Instead, people would rather think of other cultures, religions, even countries, as inferior. :(
