I agree canadians are probably better than americans but if you guys do this all the time and you're so good, then why aren't we seeing more of this in ncaa lacrosse?

you kidding me? i see it all the time. whenever some ridiculous, video game looking move is made, Quint or Carcaterra will say its some box player from canada. zach palmer is a good example. search "Zach Palmer Lacrosse," one of the top video results will be his btb against maryland last year.

was watching this live, and had to rewind to fully comprehend what he did. absolutely sick dodge (little kids will be trying for hours to recreate it in their backyards), followed by insane shot placement on a tight angle. and executed and "celebrated" with the nonchalance of a martial arts master. if i'd pulled this off in PRACTICE, i would've retired from the game immediately, and you'd have to surgically remove the grin from my face. look forward to watching this kid in the semifinals.

this dodge is fairly straight forward, its not too hard if your practice it but what is really so impressive to me is the placement on the shot after it. the ball should be hanging in the stick with the way he moved the stick but it doesnt even affect him whatsover

Not all Canadian or American players are the same. I know a few Canadians that could match or beat any American outside shooter. The best lacrosse players to ever play the game are Canadians and not all their goals were 'Air Gaits' many were absolute lazer beams from the outside. 4 out of the top 5 scorers in NCAA history have been Canadians including the Current leader Zach Greer who broke a 30 year old record in '09. I don't think that all those players were only inside scorer's.

I actually can do this in games, just some soft or very broken in mesh, and cradle one handed (just rotate your wrists) and the stick never actually goes completely vertical. just a good pocket and feel for the ball and you can do it.
