@IceKoldKilla1992 Me too. And yeah, agreed completely. It annoys me when people criticise them for not being the same without Chi or whatever, we need to support the rest of the band going forward and not complain about circumstances outwith their control. I have no doubts the next album will be great whatever they do, still want to hear Eros more than anything at this point though but i'm sure it'll be worth the wait when it eventually does see the light of day. :)

@YearOfTheBandicoot Yeah I was one of those people hoping in 2-3 years tops he would fully recover :/ I just can hope he can walk in the future as well as speak. On a positive note, I can't wait for anything Deftones release in the future. We still have Chino, Stef, Abe and Frank and of course the newly Sergio. It's not fair for the rest of Deftones to say that Deftones is nothing without Chi. They worked hard as well. We can only hope for the best for Chi.

@IceKoldKilla1992 I just saw those photos recently too, it's sad to see him like that. You don't realise just how serious his condition is until you've seen them, a lot of people still expect him to play with Deftones again but it's not possible unfortunately. I think they're waiting until he's made a full recovery before they release Eros, like as a celebration and out of respect, and you're right they're going to make another album with the same producer that worked with them on Diamond Eyes

@YearOfTheBandicoot Yeah I saw pictures of him and it almost made me cry bro! Wow he just looked horrible and after research it's almost impossible for him to play again. He'll just make history and become a legend I guess. That's sad. And yeah I guess they'll end up releasing Eros someday. For now it looks like they're gonna start a new album with Sergio. I believe I read that, I forgot.

@IceKoldKilla1992 unfortunately they don't think Chi will ever be able to play again. But I hope they release Eros when he's fully recovered. The song at the beginning sounds beautiful. I expect it to be a mix of SNW and DIamond Eyes
