Just thought I'd put up a video of my newer reef tank...

6 Green Chromis
1 Female Maroon Clownfish
1 Blue Damsel
1 Yellow Tail Damsel
1 Gold Headed Sleeper Goby
1 Yellow Eyed Kole Tang
1 Mandarin Goby

INVERTS:
1 Coral Banded Shrimp
1 Cleaner Shrimp
1 Trocea Clam
1 Purple Lobster
2 Sally Light-foot Crabs
1 Horseshoe Crab
1 Bubble Tip Anemone
1 Purple Condylactis Anemone
1 Sand Sifting Sea Star
1 Red General Sea Star
20-30 snails and hermit crabs

Corals:
Red, Purple and Green Mushrooms
Kenya Trees
Green Hammer
Orange Capricornus
Green Acropora
Blue Tipped Acropora
Pulsing Xenia
Worm Rock
Green Button Polyps

Equipment:

approx. 100lbs live sand
approx. 90-100lbs live rock

Light fixture contains: 2 250HQI Metal Halide bulbs, 4 54w T5 Blue Actinics and two clusters of moon lights each containing 7 1watt Blue LEDs

Fluval 405 Canister Filter

400watt Hydor Heator

2 170GPH powerheads, One with a Hydor Rotating Flo Deflector

1 400GPH Hydor Koralia fan

And I think that's about it right now... Planning on putting together a 20Gal. long sump for my tank soon too!

  • @stewie493 That's a question that I really don't know that I want to think about haha! But if I could go back and do it again, I'd definitely do some things differently.. like buy a used tank and buying dead rock/sand.. that would have saved a TON of money!

  • do you have a protein skimmer? i didnt see it listed in description.

  • @xClawed At the time of this video, I did not.. if you watch my two newest update videos, I just added a sump/refugium/protein skimmer about a week or two ago.. Tank is doing great with their addition..

  • you have a star fish and inverts. so, you're feeding the starfish?

  • @Timmy3364 I only kept that star for a short while since it's definitely not a good mix with my corals...
