we can't say much about the clothing. Maybe they should take more notice of it next time. But the hair can be explained. As they are in the Music and Drama Company, they are employed or enlisted to help entertain our servicemen and you don't see all the artistes on mediacorp with shaven heads or standardized haircuts. So, they have a added advantage that they can leave long hair but no dying/highlighting is allowed.
