I really like this guy. Amazon is truly customer supportive. They will pay for return shipping, list their competitors prices and have free shipping. Considering his heritage, he uses his intelligence for positive goals to provide the best for others and his employees. Although some books have been pulled from his site, I'm impressed with most that aren't. A fine line to survive in this political world. I would sure love to have lunch with him. Steve

Nice. It's so simple. Yet why do so many companies simply not get it?
I'm not saying Amazon is the Second Coming, but they have changed my life in a generally positive way.

To me he seems like a very nice person; not arrogant or anything. And in fact: Amazon, in my eyes, is the only company, that really, really cares about customers satisfaction. they don`t only talk about it, they really live it. I´m a real fan and about 80% i buy, i buy at amazon !
