When you sell on Amazon.com, they take 20% of the sale as commission. Additionally, they freeze your funds at seemingly random intervals. If a customer claims they did not receive an item--even if you can provide a delievry confirmation number showing that it had been delievered--Amazon will pay the claim at your expense. I still have not been paid for sales made from the December period, which amounts to over $1,300.

I work at Amazon, with about 500 other people JUST in my building. Each of us taking 40-50 calls per day with other locations handling email contacts. Tell the people we talk to everyday there is no way to contact us.
