Dutch health care expenditure amounts to 60 billon euros per year and rising. That's a lot of money for 16 million people. But there are benefits. For example: since 1950 the life expectancy increased 6 years due to health care. Also the size of the workforce and its productivity increases when we are healthier. That is a benefit for the Dutch economy. This movie gives a lot of facts about the costs and benefits of health care.
