  • does anyone else get a real euphoric, "flushed" feeling when doing these??

    i notice that my face tingles, mr cheeks go rosy, a vein (or something) just under my jaw seems to make my whole face flush and when i look in the mirror i look really rejuvinated?

  • @aureliosantana08 - I don't get the flushed feeling but I do get a 'buzz' even after 11 years of doing them.

    this vid doesn't have the 5th, and 3rd is done uber nub-like....gotta go more backwards, not just move yer head and massage your ass!

    also, this vid has them out of order. they got it 1-4-3-2

  • It's not supposed to be all of the Rites. This is a preview of a whole DVD which goes through each Rite in complete order.

    The original instructions show bending much further back BUT this compresses the vertebrae & discs of the spine. This is a problem if you have ever suffered from backache or neck ache (many have), or have normal degeneration as you age. This is an experienced teacher of 1000's students DVD so modified for safety/long term practice. Spine is lengthened throughout.

  • Doing them for over 20 yrs and like them a lot they do a lot of what they promise, The keep you younger than most for sure but don't ignore a good diet too. Corey
