Not much DIFFERENCE academically? (Which by the way you misspelled..) You can't be serious. Tech is ranked FOURTH in the country in engineering schools with MIT Stanford and Cal-Berkeley. Is UGA top 10 in ANYTHING academically? LOL. Just because UGA "upped" their standards to get in doesn't put it in the same echelon anywhere NEAR Tech. UGA did that to help reduce the dropout rate by less serious students, furthermore to try and improve its academic image equal to a UNC or UVA, which UGA is NOT.
