It looked like Bush didn't seem to want to shake the Europeans' hands either. His hand didn't move from his side. Not that I blame Bush; it's annoying to shake your hand with the leaders of the countries that your country protected from Nazism and Communism, but when the chips are down they all blame you for the world's problems.
