Her name is Rina Rall. She was actually the assistant director of FCBD for a while. I believe she left FCBD to attend full time school for a master in music. This is all from the grape vine, and not Jill Parker, the gal that has the grape vine on her torso, lol!

@VioletScrap The first soloist was Rina Rall (Red skirt, red choli). If I understand correctly, she left a while back to pursue her Flamenco studies.

what's the name of the little beautiful sparkle in the middle, the first doing the solo? i adore her, she is so beautiful and spontaneous, but i dind't see her since the time of the instructional tapes. Where is she gone?

This was one of my first bellydance videos (VHS then, I wore that tape OUT) The principle dancers are Carolena, Rena Rall, and Jillie Parker. The others that I know of are Thorn, Suzanne Elliot (sitting) Adra Young, Elle Livesay, Susu Pampanin is drumming(susu & the cairo cats) . I believe it was filmed in '91. Classic!
