How to go from 290 lbs. to 244 lbs. in 90 days using P90X! Big thanks to my brotha Mike for putting the video together!

  • nice I' about 70 lbs over the weight you started at and Now i'm sure P90x is my answer I have a gym membership at planet fitness so on the days I have to use weights and a pull up bar I can go to the gym...but what if you can't do a pull up does the video show you what workout you can do instead until you build up strength to do pull ups

  • @rlouis215 - you can use resistance bands, but I suggest using a chair or one of the pullup machines. You'd be surprised how fast you are able to go from 1 to 5 pull-ups. Good luck.

  • not bad but if u had a gym membership and a trainer, that 90 days end u would of been at 200pd, finical wise is not cheap but the results will be better.

  • @bigdaddyculp1 man, you were scruffy and fluffy but not weak by any means! being able to do diamond oushups with that ease with all that bodyweight.... props to you! but you re better now :P

  • the only thing I seen is a shaven back, & a puiny amont more toned at the end, still no tone & a huge fat bell & saggy arms, a couple push ups & the hood music dnt make ya sht. grow the ass back hair back lol
