So this workout have 4 Rounds do:
2 minutes each exercise for: round 1, 2 and 3
3 minutes for round 4
If you want to extend the workout repeat it all of extend each exercise 1 more minute. I sweat soooo much with this hope you guys too. Enjoy!
Round 1:
1. Squats
2. Lunge with Knee Lift
Round 2:
1. Knee Lift with Rotation
2. 1 normal squat 2nd one with knee lift
Round 3:
1. 1 normal squat 2nd squat with front kick
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Spinning Legs
Round 4: Core
Plank with knee in alternating legs.
