    I don't speak any German but I know exactly what they are saying since it is basically beat for beat identical to Doc Martin.

    Doktor Martin looks like a pretty good adaptation.

    I like to think that in the German version, the blunt and direct doctor is seen as normal and the polite and sociable townspeople are seen as the weirdos.
