All of the episode from 1988 featured an animation production by TMS Entertainment. The only exception was "The Wishing Bear" (1989).

i noticed that Mike Reyna was credited as the overseas animation supervisor. He was also the overseas animation director for the Tiny Toons episodes that were also animated by TMS Entertainment. That is probably my favorite Japanese-based animation studio!
