This kind of cracks me up because this kid hasn't been through buds so how could he compare it?

A good thing to remember during any type of training:
If you find yourself avoiding a particular exercise, its typically because you are weak at it.
A SEAL once said during an interview that once you are completely exhausted and when you think that you have nothing left to put out, you actually have 40% left inside yourself! Its all about overcoming your preconceived mental barriers.
