Anxiety is an energy that can arise within us for many different reasons. Perhaps we do not feel in control over a certain situation, or we are uncertain about an upcoming event. Sometimes we are feeling and reacting to other peoples anxiety. When anxiety arises invite yourself to first bring your awareness to your current state. As you breath in invite all of your energy to come back into the present breathe of now. Imagine lifting all of your control off of other energies and back into your own core. Open your heart and hold compassion for anyone you are feeling who is in a state of anxiety. As you listen to these tones imagine and invite these energies to shift within and around you. Bringing you gently back into a state of deep inner peace.
