When she grabs the ak-47 and says "Feels full" she sounds scared. Almost reluctant to use the gun. Maybe she doesn't want to use the gun yet with the given circumstances she understands that she must use it to survive. Does she have a past with guns? Do guns scare her? Why? I mean I never played the game so I don't know if she has a back story. She sounds so scared and her voice is shaky. Which is perfectly understandable because now she is prey to so many creatures that can kill he so easily...
