Hey what are those tools? Do you have to replace the blade often? I've been looking for a fast cost effective way to cut my rings.

A small angle grinder for the cutting. 125mm (about 5 inch) blades for stainless steel (only these were 1mm thin (1/25 inches?)
A monkeywrench for sliding the (hot) cut rings off of the pole. In the video I used pliers but I learned. If I remember correctly, one blade makes over 1000 links. The material I cut was galvanized steel on an aluminum pole. BTW, the pole gets grinded too so have spares ;)

First you put a bar into a vice and tighten that up. Then you cut a groove into the bar with your angle grinder, so the cutting disc won't stray when cutting the coils. Then you just slip your coils on to the bar and cut away :)By the way, the links get really hot so use something to slide them off of the bar. A monkey wrench works perfect, because you can always get it to fit the bar snuggly.
