I am hopeless at receiving compliments. I try to give many out though. I know that I am deserving of them, but I am in myself, cripplingly shy, despite my outward confidence.

What an awesome, positive message. You're right! I love compliments and am so thankful to accept them, but I've rarely thought of them about myself so the initial compliment comes as a complete surprise! I should give them out more, and also try not to feel silly when I do (some guys think I'm coming onto them!)

To go from a 'rake' to actually having somewhat pec-definiton these days is something I'm proud of, and my workmate complimented my guns last night - made me all giddy :)
