i took my alto lxi 2004 model at 150km/hr at jamshedpur ranchi highway.....
till now my car can easily reach 140 km/hr.....n more...
160 + can be getable ..with k10

hi dear friend.I have videos of my alto touching 160 kmph.In fact i was driving the car at that time.It is achievable in 4th gear.I did this on a flat stretch of road on NICE expressway,Bangalore.Try ,your alto is very capable of reaching 160 kmph in the 4th gear.If you drive your car on a downhill,it will touch higher speeds!!!

although my car already 15yrs old..modify into turbo with intercooler.. my citroen AX even can beat subaru imprezza in sprint test....so this suzuki just nothing!

well great driving.But let keep you informed that your car is capable of touching 160 kmph.I have hit 160 kmph in the 4th gear on the NICE road,Bangalore.It was a flat stretch and not a downhill.

I just got back from a weekend trip to Pune and I managed to touch 150 on the speedo of my 2010 Alto LXi Xcite (stock, non-KB series), but that was on a slight slope. On straights, I couldn't take it past 140. I had one passenger and 3 bags in the car. I should make a solo trip next time :-)

@aalaap Once I have almost done 150, I don't think its such a good idea to push this car this far. However, I was driving in extremely hot afternoon weather (means thin air), windows rolled up, and NO A.C!! (Yes I am crazy) to get 148KMph.
