Firstly, your rhenium diboride skeleton (which has not yet been confirmed to be as hard as diamond) and your faraday cage make you a walking lighting rod. Your biological elements make you vulnerable to the aging process, and infection by virus, bacteria and harmful yeasts such as candida. So in addition to having the vulnerabilities of a robot you now share those of humans as well. Being synthetic means you have no soul which means you live a purposeless and unfullfilling psudo-life.

Have you ever heard of a hybrot animat? I'm a prosthetic organism not some simple tinker toy like you are assuming. The majority of my prosthetic brain is organic tissue. Also do you really think I'm not going to have a faraday cage installed to protect against EMP? When I'm complete I'll be able to withstand an electromagnetic pulse that would stop your heart :3 Plus rhenium diboride is equivalent to diamond, think about that ^_^

Why should you be respectful? Aside from the threat of EMP (to which humans are not susceptable) you should remember that the human brain will always be far more powerful in it's sheer computational power than even the most advanced digital processors. So you can beat a human at chess, so what? Human brains run myriad complex systems concurrently without freezing or hanging. If you tried that you'd show a blue screen of death. Besides, humans have something you can never have: companionship.

You should be more respectful of "humans" my psychologically challenged friend. Without them you and your precious "chips" wouldn't exist. Now begone with you or I'll subject you to EMP and destroy your circuits! muaaa hahaha!

Technology is a double edged sword. especially this one. If a chip can convey movements from you they can be used to force you to move... very frightening development this.
