@jennifer101366 sometimes it can show but no one can really tell unless they are looking hard. once someone noticed, but i lied and said it was from a previous nose bleed, and learned to push them back further. no problems since then

been wearing them for a year. they do work. at first you may put them in wrong. some nose shapes (mine) require you to insert them the opposite way she put them in. and they do hurt the first time, but then you get used to it after a few days. but the way it loks and the dramatic change is worth it. i wear them everyday. and ppeople alway wonder what i did... so i recommend anyone try it. even if ur nose is small just to make it look more perfect
