I aim to make this journal, in conjunction with many others, a place where people can cite to in order to force major media to start covering these stories in much greater depth. Half of the litigants are more well-versed in the particularities of commercial paper and securities than I am for that matter. I'm just the humble narrator, learning every day and helping them tell their stories.

@UnoRaza The question is, who WASN'T sold a fraud mortgage by a Countrywide liar? MY GF was... and BoA is about to get a heart attack on a plate from her, LOL. They won't give her a low cost refi or loan mod so she's telling them look: To hell with you, either you give me what I want or I'll buy out the second and shop the first. Then I will demand to see the note and file a Motion to Quiet Title you flippin' crooks!

can the value of a home be in 2 places at once..? can the value of the property be in the land and house, and at the same time be a financial instrument representing the value of the home..? can the value in my axe, which is to me 50 cents a swing x's 30yrs @100 swings a month or $600, can the value be in the axe as well as on a piece of paper that can be bought and sold representing the value of the axe..? or, is it the "debt" not value that is bein' bought and sold..? I owe nada on my axe..

my Servicer is Ocwen in FL, I'm in NH, and they said to my wife and I that we don't need to be 3 payments behind but that they could begin foreclosure proceedings even if we're 1 month behind or continually late.. they told me "that is the Law.." hmmmm, who makes a law changin' the timeframe of forclosure proceeding commenecment..? who had the testies to stand on the Floor of the House and say "I wanna make a law changin' the foreclosure timeframe from 3 months to 1 month.." that's some balls..
