Brave man, you. I would've ended with lower body, but that's me. I always thought Art Jones' "begin with the strongest bodyparts" was OK ... IF you started with the pectorals, then lats, then delts, arms and, finally, lower body. All of the above would do precious little to limit one's leg pressing,squatting or somesuch ability.
