respect to the fisherman. not only was he able to keep it on when it hit the current, but his after catch etiquette was exemplary. A true sportsman freezes his ass off in the river until he knows the fish is ready to go.

Catching a fish that big is pretty hard, but what is ever more hard is letting it go. I give you my respect.

good sport man-did fish recover as did not quite see it swim away-these are the big hen-fish which produce thousands of eggs on spawning, so best put back
-i take rainbow trout for "pot" from 2lbs -4lbs maximum

nice fish but i would have thrown that dink in the frying pan come to the manistee river if u want a real trophy what was that fish 18 lbs jeez. big deal punk lolz
