Update: I know a lot more now. It was only a bootloop. The problem was solved by removing the battery and reinserting it, then booting into recovery mode (turn the phone on by pressing power plus the down volume button), wiping the caches and reflashing a freshly downloaded copy of Cyanogenmod.

WOW!!!!! Thank you so much bro!!!!!!! I was going crazy!!!!! I downloaded the wrong Cyanogenmod from my computer to my phone and it would just load over and over again. My phone is back to normal thanks to you!!!!

I too was stuck at bootloop at first. Had to reinsert the battery.
It bootloops if your card does NOT have an EXT3 partition. Once you partition it right, it'll work.

@tylershannon can you please help. my phone is stuck in the same loop (incredable) and it wouldent turn off.. So i pulled out the battery and when i try to turn on it vibrates 3 times and nothing shows D: please dont ignore i really need some help

anyone who has every got a boot loop all you have to do is boot into recovery and wipe cache and reboot. I figured this out the day after i "BRICKED" my incredible ( which i don't even have anymore i sold it for 30 dollars because i bought an iphone) ps i love android but iphone jailbroken can do soooo much more found that out when i got my i phone.
