i understand that the guy in the video is called bionic, but what is OPT? and why have the crossfit workouts got names like "fran" and "helen"?

OPT is the nickname of a top Crossfitter from Canada as is Bionic to me. And for the names on the workouts, that is just how the founder of CrossFit deicded to run his show by naming the workouts to differentiate them from one another since there are thousands of combinations that anyone can come up with.
