@JackBrindelli Well I suppose that I could always reduce the tone of politeness to that of calling you a bitter opinionated little snot nose brat, but I refuse to act in faction. As I will continue to use the polite term to refer to a man (even if you are child), regardless of his social position or behavior. Is this turning from debate of opinions to a show rude and crude comments? If so that entire different ball game.

@JackBrindelli The difference in grammer is the same as dialect of english. The grammer in which you are taught is the Queen's English as opposed to the American English. A simple example can be seen in the spelling of words like armor and armour, color and colour. If you are reduced to attacking ones grammer, you are showing your inexperienced with dialects.

They're only people who are rich enough not to be annoyed at the world, or too dull to complain, there's nothing more to it than that. As for respect for each others views, I do believe respect is a two way street, I'm not about to offer it to someone who offers none to me.
