In this video, Dr. Felis Domesticus, D.O. feels for the motion of the parietal bones to evaluate flexion and extension along with respiratory pattern. He also looks for other cranial strain patterns, including torsion, sidebending rotation, and SBS compression. Dr. William Sutherland, D.O. would have been amazed.

  • how do i schedule an appointment with the cat?

  • Due to high demand, Dr. Felis is only treating canines at the moment. But that might change with a can of tuna. :)

  • This is definitely counterstrain technique, because the patients are in position of greatest ease.

Unfortunately, Dr. Domesticus would get dinged on his boards because he isn't holding the position for 90 seconds before returning to normal.

  • yup... that's about right..

  • -.- that is freaking hilarious

  • This cat knows more manipulation than most DOs do. There are some really good DOs for manipulation but there are not many.

  • Wow, Nerd Alert.

  • ha.

  • I hope his findings reveal a CRI within the normal range of 10-14 seconds

  • haha
