Majority of the complicated phone issues are being solved by the agents from Philippines, try to speak to an agent from Philippines, they are more than willing to help irate customers by putting their shoes on the customer's situation. I think it's about empathy and understanding and putting yourself into the customer's situation. Basically,we have to understand that customers call because they basically need guidance. Remember, Customer service is for people who are willing to help other people

@SuperXoxo4u activation required. So no phone now. The lack of CS took me by supprise. I had never had a problem before. I should have just kept my flip, just used the LG500 as an MP3 player. They said leave old phone off, new will activated tonight. Well they went home for the night & me I still have no phone. Such unprofessionalism makes me sad. I expected better of them. They need an alternate caller open 24/7 to resolve issues so no one is stuck in an emergency with no phone.

@SuperXoxo4u You know I've been with tracfone for years and this is the first time I have had a problem with them. I agree customer service has become really bad. I am in the middle of trying to change my flip phone for the LG500, I couldn't believe it when they said it would take 2 days to convert. Now I have no phone. My only source of contact. What do I do in an emergency? Truely sad. My flip still shows my time & minutes, but says unauthorized sim & my new phone well it says

Tienen razón al decir que Tracfone es una mala compañía gracias a Bilateral, los salarios injustos, horarios extenuantes y clientes groseros, pero eso no justifica el mal uso del inglés. Por eso es que hay tanto cliente inconforme con el servicio.
Hay que aprender un poco más y salir de allí.

This guy demonstrates the worst of the worst. I just spent 7+ hours on the phone with customer service working out trouble caused by Tracfone's (horrible) information systems. It was AGONY. Indeed, I was ENRAGED at times. The problem still isn't fixed. Yet, I STILL HAD SYMPATHY for the people working there. This guy's ASININE and self-centered perspective makes that a lot harder. Unprofessional.

Their customer service SUCKS. Get some ENGLISH speaking operators who actually know how to do their job & you might get LESS complaints. I have wrestled with trakfone now for WEEKS to get it activated. It's bought & paid for & it's STILL not working! Do not get entangled with this company if you can go to another cell phone plan.
