I love jury nullification and speak openly about it EVERYWHERE as we are all
potential jurists and don't have to be near a court house. I speak loudly to my foil,
er, friend, who will answer and ask just the right things to carry on explaining
JURY NULLIFICATION to everybody who has ears.

When the 'so-called
judges' or 'administrators don't like JURY NULLIFICATION then you KNOW
that it is something that you should learn and apply because the laws coming out
of the corruption in D.C. or District of Criminals, are deranged and anti
American-freedom.
RESIST - DO NOT COMPLY - IGNORE & NULLIFY

@clopoplol the japanese who were interned had rights. their rights were violated. rights don't mean "something which is impossible to ignore" it means things that are guaranteed by the government
it wasn't right, but that doesn't mean that they never had rights.

@Chrisnoscrub047 I once listened to a judge say to a jury "It is not the job of the jury to judge the law." It sure is. In fact, I ended up hanging that jury. It was a railroad. Most Americans don't understand their job as a juror and judges like it that way.

Can we Nullify Obama?

I will be attending voire dire on the 15th of Nov. I will do everything to get on as a member by looking like one of the sheepole, then if the law is repugnant to the Constitution ,or is unjust, unfair,or falls into the definition of fraud, I will hang the jury so fast that the pros will shit his pants. After a decade of studying Constitutional law and American Jurisprudence 2d., and having a conscience, I feel pretty confident I can do the right thing by convincing the other members to nullify!!!

@MCCFDIA While, this is true: If one chooses to represent once self, one can do things a lawyer wouldn't dare do in fear of reprisal and being disbarred. One of such things is to Fully Inform the Jury. The judges normally will try to silence the defendant, but are unlawful if they DO. Then, since they cannot allow the defense to continue(specially if you cite ref) that will effectively null the law, they usually stick you back in holding for 1-72hrs then case goes away or dismiss it.
..X..
"they had done much to prevent its use"
How have judges done this?

@Chrisnoscrub047
lawyers could get charged with contempt in some courts if they inform seated juries of their power to nullify

Jury Nullification is an important RIGHT that 99% of Americans who perform jury duty IGNORE even exists. Although I congrat you on the video, you do neither JN nor medicinal marihuana any benefit by presenting it so casually & haphazardly.
Cut the BORING musical intro & go STRAIGHT to the topic. Also AVOID focusing on weed (you can mention it -in passing- along with OTHER examples) and focus instead on the RIGHT ITSELF.
I'm completely FOR medicinal MJ btw. I just wanna help spread the word.

clarification - it is a POWER, not a RIGHT

@MCCFDIA ; if it's included in the 6th Amendment, doesn't that constitute a 'right'? Not that "rights' mean anything anyway in the USA. Look at how easily the fuckers dumped the Bill of Rights in 1941 with the Japanese Americans on the west coast that were forcibly INTERNED.
WE actually have NO "rights" in America just temporary "privileges" as George Carlin so aptly put it! Regards.

I am not a lawyer, but one has told me that jury nullification is not a right but a power.
Truth is, many courts are now curtailing that power, and a lawyer can get into some trouble if he/she informs a jury of their power to nullify.
