Help! I bought a 99 Durango with a hitch already on it when I hit the brakes on it the brake lights all come on except my rear left light is 50% darker then it should be. Then when my headlights are on it don't come on at all when I hit the brakes but it does when my running lights are on

Ok maybe it's me, or my computer settings, but I can't see a damn thing other than the text that the guy is reading anyway, the screen is completely covered in text I know the video is there, because I can see the top of his head as he moves about, but this is certainly NOT helpful when trying to see what in blue blazes he's talking about. Any chance of redoing it WITHOUT the screen full of text ?.
